Use daily by rubbing a thin layer all over body preferably after a shower for maximum results.  Keep in a dry area and avoid getting moist.

1. First, rinse your skin in warm water. ... 
2. Next, rub a small amount of body scrub between your hands and massage over your body.
3. Rub the body scrub in gentle, circular motions with either your hand or an exfoliating glove.
4. Scrub your skin for no longer than 30 seconds.
5. Rinse off, towel dry and apply any of our moisturizer for optimum results.
